Incident Update: ZIM Mississippi Container Collapse – Linktrans Cargo Unaffected

Recently, a container collapse incident occurred on the ZIM vessel Mississippi at the Port of Long Beach, USA. We at Linktrans are closely monitoring the situation and immediately launched a comprehensive and thorough investigation into any cargo related to our operations aboard the vessel.

Following a rigorous verification process, we can confirm that Linktrans had a total of approximately 70 containers on the Mississippi V.11E, including more than 20 containers shipped from Vietnam to the United States. We are pleased to inform you that none of the cargo transported by Linktrans was affected by this incident.

In addition, we are actively working to address any indirect impacts caused by the incident. Our team is prioritizing expedited handling procedures to minimize any potential delays and ensure that all shipments continue to move toward their destinations as planned.
